Does have some resembelance in regards to the dark spotting aft of the gillplates and the single lower lateral stripe on the caudal fin.

The colours are of course not the same ( the ones I have here tend to a blue bias ), is there perhaps a guide as to what defines a given species ( colour, ray counts, etc? ). Additionally, the ones here have clear caudal finnage, though this may be due to possible immature status?
