Publishing the BNL and the F & E list on Killietalk or on-line has some
advantages.

Mailing to only 20% of the membership saves Postage, Trees , and
physical effort. It is also much more dynamic in that Inventorys of fish
and eggs plants etc. are more current. In the case of
surveys/questionaires, feedback (to a separate E-Mail address) is much
quicker and a consensus can be arrived at in short order. While some
20% may not have a computer in their home It is hard to imagine they
don't have a library, friend, neighbor employer etc. where they can send
or receive e-mails reducing the 20% substantially.
