1.) No one should be left out - this means it should be available to both
members and non-members to VIEW
2.) Only the members should have the ability to post/update F&E listings
3.) Feed back should to available to be left by any one who completes a
transaction from the F&E listing - both Buyer and Seller
4.) Feed back should show who left the feed back; but should also show which
side of the trans action ( buyer's / seller's ) the feed back is referring
to
