Re: F&EL
I also read Ed Kray's comments about the Feb. BNL and the lack of listings for
fish. I really feel the main cause is because of the weather. We have had a near
record winter here in the northern Ohio area and I know it has been bad in other
locals as well. I for one do not advertise in the winter months since I do not
want to have to deal with heat packs, etc. Also do not want to risk the posibble
loses. In the same respect I usually will not order fish thru the BNL or any
other source in the winter months for similar reasons. It is just my way of
thinking and I know many will not agree with me. I also am sure there are many
out there who share similar feelings about selling or buying thru the mail in
winter months. In regards to the lack of sellers in the Feb. Bnl. I would
suggest you look at the March BNL with over 10 people listing many, many various
killies for sale. I for one think the BNL is still doing ok. I don't think we
need to get too excited yet. I agree there may be a way to improve the BNL. I
just am not sure on what that may be at this time.
