Good point, John,
I only deal with recognized members of the AKA. Even with their Aquabid
names you can see the town and state where they are
from and email them before buying. I know
there are some unscrupulous vendors that
vampirise the unwary but I have to admire the feedback mechanism which was
probably templated from Ebay. Most sellers
use paypal or demand cashiers check or
money order which clears up any amnesia
to pay,  by the buyer, from jump. Like Wright
has stated, the feedback works as well as
COE in policing the situation.
