I have to echo that comment.  For one, the position of the scrolling 
icon is on the opposite side of 100% of the software that I use.  Then 
again, I'm right handed.  FWIW, I'm using the Opera web browser on a 
Windows platform.

I might suggest that anchors be used to link the table of contents to 
the relevant sections of the beginner’s guide.

The rest of the site is just wonderful, from my perspective!
