New Site

I was able to bring up the site with no problem. However I still can not
view the site completely if I use Netscape 4.7. If I use Microsoft
Internet Explorer I can travel thru-out the site with no problems. I
guess I will have to upgrade  Netscape if I want to use it or just use
Explorer. Anyways the new site looks really nice.
