Nutrafin CO2 Natural Plant System

I just bought it. I am sure it is same as yeast and sugar thing, but it looks a little neater to me. And a LFS had it at diplay in the tank, adn plants were growing so beautifully. Is there anyone has experiences with that? I am planning to use the container and just put sugar and yeast, but do you know how much we supposed to put it? Any advice will be appreciated.
