Every February, a patient who does a dental health unit for her second

grade class asks for two dozen toothbrushes to distribute to her
class. They thank me with their original art and messages of
appreciation that the teacher makes into a nice appreciation booklet.
We put it among the magazines in the reception area for our patients
entertainment. The last page this year reads:

Dear Dr. Payne,

I touk care of my teeth.
thank you so much four the toothbrush
you are so nice four doing that four us.
I nedid a toothbrush becus I cude not find mine
I still brush my teeth becus I used my sisters and my bruthers.
