I have seen the ultimate and am working on how to do it. That is a 
continuous, once through, water changing system. The only flaw, so far, is my 
exit drain froze up and I had to bail out the sump by hand. If you think 
about it this is what is what you and the fish want. Not a sporadic sudden 
change but a continuous renewal with pure (?) water.
