Rosario LaCorte addessed that some years ago when speaking at Michiana. He
had found a multibladed veggie cutter which did the trick.

I asked this list if anyone had seen such a thing. The only suggestion was
to check kitchenware sections of stores.

Not sucessful yet, but my wife and daughter have found it odd that I would
accompany them to houseware stores. ;)

Maybe it's time for a google search.
