These copyright issues are a real problem In the US, you are having an
additional problem whcih we do not have in Germany. You stated it:

This is generally a problem of your justice system which makes it almost
impossible for an individual to sue a large company in a civil matter. In
Germany, you could sue withoug getting involved in huge costs.
