Bill, in the eyes of the law you are free to link to any other website or
page you wish to but not no take off any information or photo (save picture
as) & use this to your own benefit without express permission from the
author.
It is very easy to contact the original author & ask permission, I do it all
the time for the West African site. Just about 100% of people are more than
happy to help out & appreciate the request.
