Breeding with the Eclipse systems...

Has anyone had any luck breeding plant spawners in one of those little Eclipse system 3 gal. tanks? You know, the ones with the little bio-wheel filtration and light built in? Well I have one laying around and just thought that it may be suitable... What is everyone's opinion? Thanks always,
