Sony D770 (was Re: Digital Cameras again, I'm sorry)



Instead of $1200 for the Nikon, $365 will buy a *better* fish camera at:

Don't let the low pixels fool you. With good in-camera software and the 
Zeiss-designed lenses, I have fooled 35mm nuts with 8X10 prints from 
this camera, even with minimal post-processing.

New ones are impossible to find, now, but go for about $800 when 
available. Used prices are usually $450-550 and have been stable for a 
year or so, so depreciation is nearly flat.

Not a camera for the "point and shoot" crowd, though this camera can do 
that.
