AKA site

Folks,

The AKA site has just gone down and, to my chagrin, I find that someone 
there at Cornell has messed with things such that my remote restart 
capability is also kaput. These problems with trying to maintain a site on 
a server that is 3000 miles away and for which I cannot expect anyone else 
to take any responsibility is why I am pressing hard to get the new site, 
on a commercial hosting company's servers, ready to go live. I may even go 
live before it is complete. Then everyone will be able to share in the 
excitement as it is rebuilt :o)

If I do go live on the new server before it is complete, some of the things 
you are used to may be missing for a few weeks. In the meantime, please be 
patient.
