Re: planted killi tanks



I used to correspond with a killie keeper and planted tank guy in
France. He would put half a dozen Aphyosemions (australe were a
favourite) in a sponge-filtered tank with Pelvicachromis taeniatus dwarf
cichlids on the bottom, and both would reproduce steadily.

I have had lampeyes (P. normanni to be exact) do well in planted 20
longs. The same was true for bivittatum Funge.
