Re: Artificial Hatching

Actually I just came to a conclusion. If you let it sit the eggs hatch
faster. I just noticed that the microworms hover around the eggs. I beleive
they are actually eating the egg shell. I tested this theory by putting an
egg in a 1.5 gallon shoe box and put a pinch of microworms in with the egg.
They all found there way to the egg and formed a huge cloud around the egg.
The egg hatched within minutes.

So as I said I think the microworms are actually eating the egg shell.
Anybody else wish to expirement this with me?

For now I'm not shaking the eggs anymore and everytime I turn around 2-3
more are hatched.
