Fungus in Peat during Incubation

Thanks all for the info on the Jiffy Peat pellets, I
will go ahead and use it.

Yes, now I have another question. I just checked some
of my nothos' eggs in peat. I saw one bag was infested
with fungus, the type like spider web and others. My
question now is the incubation period is not over till
end of March, what should I do? Should I leave it just
like or wet the peat and redry it and hopefully will
get rid of the fungus? Or is a better way to get rid
of the fungus? This rarely happens but it did:(
