RE: Egg Picking

Steve

Make yourself a frame out of 1/2 inch pvc, two elbow fittings and two tee
fittings. The one I made is ~10 inches long and ~8 inches wide. Tie the
yarn to a short side and start wrapping, using the handles. When you have
50 wraps take a foot of yarn and tie the mop by threading the yarn through
the space made by the frame then cut the opposite side and you have a mop.
My favorite floats are film canisters. I also tie a corky (bright little
plastic float used for steelhead fishing) to the mop and keep one of the
same color in my egg container so I have a visual cue that they are the same
strain.
