Re: Wild or Tank Raised

My two cents: As a native fish enthusiast, all my fish are wild caught. My
killies (fundulus confluentus), took flakes the first day, and enjoy almost
any prepared food. Though I have not attempted breeding, I know of others who
have (with success). My other fish include mollies (who are breeding
regularly), madtoms, pirate perch, sunfish, and darters. All were wild caught
and have taken to frozen food. I have had no deaths except for those caused
by my carelessness, or by fish aggression. The only disease I have
encountered, is some sort of ich-like (but much larger) parasite on my female
molly. It doesn't seem to be harmful, and hasn't infected and of the other
fish in the 3 months I've had her.
