The standing is clear-cut. All images are the copyrighted material belonging
to the AKA or the individual who is identified on them. They are only for the
personal education and enjoyment of the viewer unless specific permission is
requested and granted from the owner. In most cases that permission would not
be granted for commercial (sale of fish) purposes. Permission is usually
easily granted, if asked, for uses promoting the hobby, such as talks or
presentations or AKA publications. However, there is no restriction on
referencing where those images reside -- in books, journals or web pages.
