Re: hard water stains on glass canopies

That's usually not deposits, but etching, Shireen.

Condensation on the glass is pure distilled water, and solubility of
soda-lime glass is not zero, in it. Over a period of months or years, the
glass gradually is being etched away, and only repolishing (not worth it) or
replacement can fix it well. Hard water stains are white and become soft or
even dissolve in acids or products like "CLR" and "Lime-Away."
