A range of specific gravity of 1.005 to 1.010 is a reasonable target for 
brackish water fishes. That corresponds to about 1 - 1.5 % salt. Seawater is 
about 3.4 % or a specific gravity of 1.023 at 25 degrees C. The exact amount 
is not that important as long as there is more than a trace.
