Re: Need a few suggestions
Hi, Al -
I've have and have had F. cinnamomeum and find that they do tend to hide
a good deal, but seem to do fairly well in a heavily planted tank with lots
of cover and some top cover (I have duckweed) as well. Mine aren't always
visible, but they certainly aren't skittish. My lights are on about 13 hours
a day (on a timer), and teh fish seem to do just fine.
As for foods, mine get mostly flake foods of varying types, plus paste
and live or frozen foods whenever I have a good supply, or can remember to
get them out of the freezer. They seem to be hardy fish that do well without
a lot of fussing.
Best of luck with them - they're nice.
