RE: Brine shrimp question
I recently started recycling my brine, dumping it into a bucket with a
sponge filter and reusing it. After a couple of weeks I started to see the
same thing and was puzzled until I ran a nitrite test on the bucket. It was
off the scale. I'm back to throwing the brine out every day until the
bucket settles down.

Subject: Brine shrimp question
Well folks after nearly 40 years of keeping fish. Today I came across a
new problem. My baby brine shrimp eggs are hatching out in 24 hours or less
but instead of having baby brine shrimp I have an orange color fluff, which
I guess is dead brine shrimp, but why are they dying so fast? The water is
not overly foul. Any body ever have this problem???/
