I am so confused with all these different suggestions but what i am going to 
do is a little of all your ideas, I'm not going to lower the light, I am not 
going take out the co2, I am not going to filtilize, I AM going to do lots of 
water change sence i found this does not effect the growth of my plants, I 
have added more plants, and i am going to get better biological filteration 
and try to get a hold of a diatom filter. I also am going to buy some more 
test kits for nitrates and so on.
