Turning to Costa's 1995 TFH book we find on the inside cover a fish
called Cynolebias whitei (Photo by Wolfgang Sommer) of what seems
like papilliferus based on the anal fin markings. On pages 41-42 are
3 further pics of fish very different to the Sommer photo. The
'whitei' on pg 41 has dots which look like they are forming verticle
bars. The fish on pg 42 look very different to iether fish mentioned
before.
Since you seem to have the article with photos infront of you could
you care to comment on the fish pictured in Costa's book (if you have
it).
