Joes comment on BOTs

I had to take exception to one comment by Joe in a recent post this
morning. Each year the BOT includes. at least once, a financial summary in
the BNL. If you take the time to examine this you can see where it  ($) all
came from and all went. You are welcome to address any questions on this to
any BOT member.  You are invited to go back to your BNL, find this and ask
me anything you want in terms of clarification. My  address here is
edd.kray at rf_doe.gov. I'm sure the other 8 BOT members would be equally
willing to explain  any aspect of the annual financial report. Feel free to
call the trustee in your region.

I know of no-one on this BOT who isn't commited to full openness with the
membership and so this comment really hit a sensitive spot.
