SNAILS

I have my set-up for killies  and other fish with live plants, now I have
been devastated by snails. I know the most common method of removing snails
is to get a clown loach or any other snail eating loach but this to no avail
for I have tried this method but snails hatch more quickly than the loach
can eat, I have also used some sail killer solution but they tend to
contaminate the water and the snails remain unaffected only the fish die. is
there some other method of removing these pests.
