There are a couple of decent live plant suppliers on the web.  Try http://www.azgardens.com/
or http://www.floridadriftwood.com/store.asp  You should be able to find just about all of those plants between these two.  I've had verying success purchasing from both but it more depended on how hot it was during shipping.  If you live in Florida you should really reconsider how much you really need to get new plants during July, August and Sept.
