I've used Blue Spruce Biological http://bluebio.com/ and LFS cultures mediums http://www.lfscultures.com/  I've had better production from the Blue Spruce media.  Years ago I used Ward Scientific http://www.wardsci.com/Contact_Us.cfm which worked really well but was fairly expensive.  There's turns blue when wet.
