Ghost shrimp

Can I keep ghosts as scavengers with my killies?  The killies I have are Fundulopanchax gardneri Misaje, Epiplatys annulatus, Aphyosemion Australe, and Aphyosemion striatum.  

Also off topic, can I keep ghost shrimp with my kribensis, I don't know if they are fast enough to escape the parental instincts of my kribs.
