Having used the old style V shaped vinyl cones for years I was at a
total loss when they were discontinued by San Franciso Bay. Several of
us combed the net looking for replacements but none were to be found.
Having looked around I finally settled on a excellent brine shrimp hatcher :
CA-BSH3
Brine Shrimp Hatcher with stand, 2 Liter
$25.75
The unit is available at http://florida-aqua-farms.com/index.html
Here is the addy for a picture of the unit:

It comes with stand, hatcher, air line, collection cup, air valve, rigid
air line and hatcher cover......I ordered a extra cover for like .50
just in case.
I setup the hatcher with a 15 watt lamp shining on it 24 hours a day and
get super hatches at 80 degrees in 24 hours. Just lift out the hatcher
and open bottom valve and empty into a bs net. Feed fish and then rinse
out hatcher and reset for the next day.
Granted 25 bucks is a tad steep but I have found the unit to be of the
highest quality and with care will last forever. Just the hatcher is
available without stand for $18.00 if you want to maker your own.
