It depends on the amount of BS you want to hatch. Anything over a 1/4
teaspoon of cysts and the 2 Liter bottle is OK.
For smaller amounts, when you have just a few fry, sprinkling cysts on
the salt-water surface in a shallow tray will work too. A small
pertition at the surface, oriented towards the light, makes harvesting
easier, because the nauplii are phototropic - move towards light.
