Re: Fruit flies and temperature sensitive mutations



I use 32oz plastic containers(restaurant's supply).
I use paper towel(any kind would work), and tie with a
rubberband.  I am using the folded paper towel(the
kind we use for public restroom) instead of the roll
type, for no other reason than saving time.  I make
about 50 cultures every two days, and spend about
30-45 minutes to do so.  Keep an eye on the moisture,
add a little water if they are too dry.
