Fruit Flys

I have noticed that some of my wingless frit fly cultures have produced
some winged offspring. I am sure this will eventually ruin the whole
wingless culture. Is there any way to prevent this from happening or do
I just dump the whole culture? Does anyone know why this happens? Or how
it can be prevented?
