Commercial sponge filters

I know most of you folks are clever do-it-yourself-ers when it comes to
sponge filters.  KillieTalk for the past week surely proves that.  But is
there a commercially available ready-to-use sponge filter any of you would
highly recommend for a 10 gallon permanent, well-planted set up with a
flourite substrate?

If you feel uncomfortable mentioning a brand name, maybe you could list what
I should be looking for in such a filter...
