Re: bulkheads etc
I had 11 20 longs and 12 5 1/2's all plumbed using the constant level
siphons and a water return manifold. I am using two plastic laundry tubs for
a sump have a couple of homemade trickle filters made out of kitty litter
buckets and a mag-drive water pump.I've got it half torn apart after the
siphon failures and am in the process of drilling the tanks and redoing the
drains.Just bare tanks with mops. When I get it all running again I'm going
to add a protein skimmer to cut down on the water changes. As far as
salinity I'm running it at 12 to 14 about half strength seawater. As far as
fish I've got Cyp. variegatus, nevadensis, dearborni, macularius and some
young Fund.seminolis. Been too busy constructing to reproduce them yet.
