If I am going to list in the BNL I am usually aware of what I will have
available when the Bnl comes out by taking a inventory of my saleable fish
before sending in my ad.. I take into account what I  have on hand minus what
sales I plan to make to local fish stores in that time frame. All that is left
is maybe a occasional sale to someone local. It really is not that hard to do.
In most cases things work out ok.
Just my approach.
