Hi,

Lets construct a situation:
Mr. X wants to send some Aphyosemions to the States from South 
Africa. He packs the fish in Kordon breathing bags, in a larger 
packet in a well insulated box. Off they go in the post... They 
arrive in the US. What needs to be on the box when it arrives:

declaration detailing worth (e.g. no commercial value...)
what it is (Aphyosemion cameronense, captive bred)

Anything else?
