I've been on the receiving end. Shipping water in canada is illegal,
therefore any sharp-eyed postie can stop your shipment. Since the
contents must be stated on the customs declaration, it's a lottery. I
tend to ship and receive eggs. It's easier and more reliable. All you
need is patience.
