I generally feed them and flush the toilet at regular and frequent
intervals.

I hatch the fry in water with 1 tsp of salt added per gallon. They
hatched fry are raised in this for about a week before they are
removed (with half of the hatching water) to another tub. This tub is
then filled with fresh water (with the added salt).

The water is changed regularly depending on the size of the hatch.
The minimum for small hatches would be 1 50% change per week but this
is probably far too little.
My best growth has been when the fish were raised in prs and 30-50%
water changes were done regularly. The fry were fed bbs and zebra
danio fry. The fish were mature after 4 weeks.
