For EVERYONE, another nut is born!! Please read!!

    Hi everyone my name is Adam Rychlik and I used to be a killienut back in
the early 90's, but then college came and the fishroom was nomore. I now
have a house and a "empty" basement, does anyone hear FISHROOM!!!!  I really
didnt have time or the will to keep them after I moved to Colorado from good
ol Minnesota about 4 years ago, (By the way hows everyone doing over in
Mosquitoville? I miss those walks through Craig Rees and Brad Swansons
fishrooms, I even got to see Jim Gasiors monster fishroom.  I felt like a kid in a candy store, thanks guys! ;)
Well lets cut to the chase, I got a killifish.........................


    F. Arnoldi Ughelli TR01 F1, Darnit!!! Why did I do that!!! Now all I can
think about is these little, tiny, colorful, guppy lookin you need a
flashlight to admire them fish!!!!  IM BACK!! And I still have half of a 5lb
can of Brine Shrimp eggs. Why is it so expensive now adays? I got that 5lb
can for 30 or 35$.

    Anyways what I need from everyone is this......



1# I have a 10'x10' room I want to make a fishroom.  I want to have 20-30
tanks ranging from 2 1/2's - 10's. The 10s are divided into three parts, one
for females, one for males and a smaller section for breeding, so the tanks
will sit sideways. ANY IDEAS ON WHAT I SHOULD BUILD??

2# Is there anyone in my area? Colorado Springs? Club?

3# A fry system with plastic Rubbermaid shoeboxes.  I would like to have it
on a flowthru system? ANY IDEAS??

4# Does anyone know where I can get wholesale or near wholesale cost on
tanks, filters, ect?

5# Do "homemade" sponge filters work well??

6# I need to start locating some cool fish to keep.  Does anyone have any of
these available?


    I know this is my dream list and some of them may have died out of the
hobby, but hey!

    I can trade back fish and eggs once they get going or good ol stinkin
cash.
I eventually, I only want to keep 6-10 kinds so I can focus on selective
breeding and conservation.  I HATE HATE hearing "this fish nolonger in the
hobby!!!"

    Well im getting tired of typing and I need to start the barbeque.
