Acriflavine plus quinine if you can get hold of it. King Brittish's
white spot treatment works great for this (as far as my experiance
goes).
The 'velvet guard', from the contents list, should also hit them like
a ton of bricks. I can't imagine the dichlorophenyl dimethylurea
being any good for those poor single celled creatures.
You may also want to raise the pH a bit (alot actually) to about 7.6
and keep the salt concentration at 3 tsp/gallon.
Also, do regular big water changes (of the same water quality) this
should dilute the amount of free parasites looking for a host.
