Hmm... dropsy perhaps?
In any case I suggest you take some tank water and some salt (3 
tsp/gallon) and give the fish a good dip. Say about 5 to 15 minutes. 
Then put him back in normal water or better still water with 1 tsp 
slat/gallon and see if that helps.

I don't fancy your chances though.

I would clear the tank they were in of fish and hope for fry.
