Just a comment about this debate. I was also a 17yo once and - probably like
the rest of us - thought I knew everything about anything from a to z (with
particular emphasis on beer, cars, women and fish). If anyone tried to tell
me anything I flared up..

Now I am slightly older (well 52) and I realise that I know very little
about anything and I worry if I do not get answers/assistance with my
problems.

If Chris cannot take the advice that is given on this list - advice that is
based on years of accumulated failures and the occasional success story, he
is in for a rude awakening sooner or later.
