I sent a message to customer service at "That Pet Place" and they told me 
that the tetra tec air pump kits will also fit the whisper pumps.  Here's the 
salient point of their response:

The ones that work are the TetraTec AP repair kits.  Here's the crossover 
chart:

Whisper 700/800 - AP 200
Whisper 600/650 - AP 100/150
Whisper 300/400/500 - AP 50/80
Whisper 200 - AP 30
