A word about dosage of flubendazole:

I recommend (and use myself) 10 mg per gallon. That is based on some 
experimental studies in which fenbendazole and other members of this group 
were used to treat sticklebacks with Glugea. In that study various doses, 
as I remember from 1-10 micrograms per liter, were used. 2 micrograms per 
liter was as effective as the higher doses, so that is what I chose. 2 
mcg/L is about the same as 10 mg/gallon.

It may well be that other organisms respond to lower (or perhaps need 
higher) doses, but I think 10 mg/gal is a good choice.
