Evidentially they too are what they eat. Reminds me of the kid who ate too
many carrots.

Some home made foods include paprika for the coloring they bring to the
fish. I wonder if one could add that or spirulina powder or astaxanthan
powder to the gel you are planning on feeding these worms. (See

mention of those powders.)

I've also wondered about feeding those powders to my daphnia prior to
feeding the killies. Sort of like feeding Selco to brine shrimp immediately
before feeding the fish.

You could feed each of those powders to different groups of worms just
before Christmas. Green and red worms. Ho-ho-ho.  ;)
